The revenue you already earned,
and never collected.

Quotes that went unanswered, clients who quietly stopped coming back, follow-ups nobody has time to make. We turn those processes into reliable systems — and go back for the revenue left behind.

What you get

Revenue

Dormant revenue recovered

Prospects never followed up, quotes left hanging, clients gone quiet. It is the cheapest seam to mine: these people already know you.

Tasks

Repetitive work that disappears

Follow-ups, confirmations, data entry, moving information between tools. What is done by hand every week starts doing itself.

Time

Time given back to high-value work

Your team stops retyping data and gets back to selling and delivering.

Reliability

Fewer process errors

Manual entry eventually gets something wrong or forgets it entirely. A workflow does not skip a step.

Integration

Wired into the tools you already use

We build around your existing stack. Nobody wants to change CRM in order to save time.

Compliance

FADP and GDPR compliant by default

Consent, traceability and the right to erasure are designed in from the start, not bolted on afterwards.

How we work

Le déroulé exact, dans l'ordre. Pas de zone grise sur qui fait quoi.

  1. 01

    On-site audit

    Discovery

We come and look at how things actually run, not how they are supposed to run. The question is simple: where does the time go, and where does the revenue go.

    • Observation of sales and operational processes as they run today
    • Inventory of the tools in place and of what moves badly between them
    • Spotting the leaking revenue: dead quotes, abandoned prospects, inactive clients
    • Measuring the time repetitive tasks genuinely consume
  2. 02

    Prioritisation

    After the audit

Not everything is worth automating. We rank the candidates by expected return and start with the one that pays back fastest.

    • Each candidate automation estimated in time saved or revenue recovered
    • An explicit trade-off between build effort and return
    • Scope and quote presented at this point — you decide knowing the numbers
  3. 03

    Design

    Per workstream

The workflow is drawn before it is built, and validated with the people who will live with it every day.

    • Flow diagram: trigger, steps, conditions, exit points
    • Defining what stays human — not everything should be automated
    • FADP/GDPR review: legal basis, consent, retention, right to erasure
  4. 04

    Rollout

    Per workstream

Progressive go-live, integrated with your existing tools. We test on a narrow scope before wiring up the whole thing.

    • Integration with the tools in place rather than replacement
    • Tested on a real sample before going wide
    • Walkthrough with the teams concerned
    • Documentation of what runs and what needs watching
  5. 05

    Follow-through

    Ongoing

A workflow lives with the business. We watch what runs, fix what drifts, and open the next workstream once the previous one is producing.

    • Monitoring of workflows in production
    • Measurement of the real gain — time freed, revenue recovered
    • Adjustments as your business changes

Frequently asked questions

Why no headline price like the other offers?
Because we would not know what to put there honestly. A practice with a saturated calendar and a tradesman losing quotes are not the same job. The price comes after discovery, once we know what is being automated and what it returns. A flat fee announced before the audit would be either inflated or unsustainable.
Do I have to change CRM or tools?
No — quite the opposite. We build around what is already in use. Switching tools costs training time and internal resistance, which is exactly what we are trying to remove.
What does this look like in practice?
Automatic follow-up on quotes still unanswered after a set delay. Reactivation of clients inactive for months. An appointment confirmation that sends itself and cuts no-shows. Information moving between your form, your CRM and your calendar without re-entry. Which of these apply to you is what the audit determines.
Is it FADP and GDPR compliant?
Yes, and it is handled at design time. Every automation touching client data is configured with explicit consent, traceability and the right to erasure. Data is processed under the Swiss and European frameworks. A badly configured automatic follow-up is a legal risk — we do not ship one in that state.
How long before there is a gain?
Automation follows a discovery phase, then produces measurable gains once the first processes are live. We deliberately start with the fastest-returning workstream, so the engagement funds itself on its own results.
What happens to all this if we stop?
The workflows run on your accounts and your tools, and they are documented. If we stop working together they keep running, and you can hand them to whoever you like.

The audit will show where it leaks.

Free, no strings. We look at your processes and tell you what is worth automating — and what is not.
